Upgrading of Alien Blade Technology for Precision Cutting and Efficiency Enhancement

The forming of irregular blades is the core process of precision cutting molds, which directly determines the accuracy and performance of the mold. In response to the drawbacks of the traditional wire cutting rough cutting process, precision mold manufacturers have iteratively upgraded new processes, innovated the blade processing logic, and accurately adapted to the precision die-cutting and punching needs of flexible materials such as car seat cushions, foam, and various shoe fabrics, laying a solid foundation for downstream industries to improve quality and efficiency.

Finally, with manual precision research and three-dimensional precision inspection, it can mass produce all types of special blades such as circular arcs, irregular shapes, and micro pointed edges, completely overcoming the bottleneck of non-standard and complex cutting processing.

After the implementation of the process, achieve bidirectional optimization of quality and cost. High precision blade cutting ensures even force distribution, eliminating issues such as fuzzing, tearing, and dimensional deviation in foam and leather cutting, significantly improving product qualification rates; Optimizing the blade structure can disperse stamping stress, slow down tool wear and blade breakage speed, extend mold service life, and reduce downstream factory tool replacement downtime and consumable costs. This process not only ensures that the breathable holes of the car seat cushion are uniform and improve the driving experience, but also supports personalized cutting of shoe materials, helping to implement refined and diversified design of shoe styles.
